1995 2-story log cabin desperately in need of a total renovation. Phase 1 includes removing 3 storage closets in the Living Room and building an alcove for a new wood stove. On one side of the alcove will be firewood storage, and the other side will feature a built-in reading bench below a bookcase. The alcove will be surrounded by tile and the alcove face will be stone beneath a rustic wood mantle. The entire interior will be re-painted. New "shaker" style cabinets will be installed in the Kitchen including a 7-foot island with an attached bench serving as one side of the seating for a dining table. Quartz countertops and a tile backsplash will top off the Kitchen WOW factor. Rustic wood grain laminated flooring will be installed in the Living Room, Dining, Kitchen and Hall.
