Mediterranean-style home built in 2004 had many great features but needed some specific updating and a couple upgrades.  The kitchen tile countertops were replaced with granite tops and an up-to-date tile backsplash.  Country Maple hardwood flooring replaced the carpet in the dining room and office as well as the vinyl flooring in the kitchen.  A 5’ tile shower was added to the half bath in the Bonus Room above the garage, creating a second Master Suite.  The Hall Bath was updated with a new granite countertop and tile backsplash, new paint and plumbing fixtures.
